Still our Awesome God

I'm sure Jenny's update is coming very soon, but for all of you who've doubted or felt like giving up; for all of you who've been faithful to the end despite every discouraging turn. Let me remind you that our God made a little shepherd boy a king! He made three men walk into a forging furnace and walk out again not even smelling of smoke! He closed the mouths of hungry lions, made the sun stop, made waters part, storms cease, ruler's rise or fall, a donkey talk, a blind man see, dead people live, and a world from absolutely nothing but the power of His voice!

And He's bringing our babies home!

The Judge said "Yes."

Thank you. There are still several administrative things to take care of, including receiving the "written" ruling. Keep praying! You all are a force rallied in the name of Christ! You're prayers are powerful because they are received by the Creator of the universe who loves to answer them!

Stand by for the...rest of the story...

Yay! "Delayed but not forgotten" for sure! Many reasons to praise God today for his faithfulness! And of course, I'll continue to pray for the parts still to come like the passports and health exams, and of course Katie's health! But praise God for all the strength he's already given her.

I am just so excited today since I heard the news this morning! I can't cease praising God! I am still in reverent prayer for a quick written ruling and turnaround on all the paperwork, but it is just so refreshing to have the ruling!

The kids were so excited this morning too. When Kellen and Jaden got in the car this morning, the first things they talked about were the ruling and you coming home with the babies. Kellen just said, "My mom gets to bring the babies home!...and we're gonna have a big party when they get back!" Oh what a day that will be!

Until that day, we will not grow weary in praying for you, and I pray that you will not grow weary in doing the the will of the Father while in Uganda.

"Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations."

Yippy! Praise God! Hallelujah! Our God is great!!! Praise Him! Praise Him! Praise Him!

I have tears of joy in my eyes. I'm in awe of our awesome and Almighty King. The boys are jumping up and down with hands held high and shouts of joy!

We will continue to pray for all the administrative work to be taken care of. God bless you.

Love,
Erinn

P.S. I grabbed the camera when I gave the boys your good news. I just uploaded them to our blog if you want to see their actual reactions to the news. Excited is an understatement. God bless you guys!!!

Also, because of your williness and obedience to God's call to adoption, our oldest son says that when he is a grown up he wants to adopt orphans from Africa too, and that one day he wants to travel to Uganda to tell the people about Jesus "just like Mrs. Moore did."

Jenny, God has used you to strengthen my children's faith in God. God bless you a thousand times over, Sister!!!!! (I'm crying tears of thankfulness to God and to you, dear friend.)

Praise The Lord! We sit here half a sleep in the airport in Dubai waiting for our next flight to Entebe and then to see our Jenny and our new grandchildren. We of course have been out of touch for quite a few hours and we got internet connection in hte airport. What a pleasent surprise. God is good and very busy. We keep calling on Him to take us through this trip. He is working around the world and around the clock, this guy never sleeps! Praise Him for that!

YIIIIPPPPEEEEE!!! I literally yipped with joy when I got the very blunt, but informative message from Todd on my phone. I am so filled with pure joy and happiness. GOD IS GOOD! Oh so good.

Kellen is right, we are going to have a BIG party and celebrate for God's great faithfulness. We need to buy another party hat, so we have one for Christopher and Katie.
